The following terms are applicable for any physical products that You purchased with Us.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

• Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
• Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
• Service refers to the Website.
• Website refers to Alphayaan Digital, accessible from https://alphayaan.com
• You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for cancelling an Order is 7 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

• The Goods were purchased in the last 7 days
• The Goods are in the original packaging

The following Goods cannot be returned:

• The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
• The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
• The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.
• The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

Gifts

If the Goods were marked as a gift when purchased and then shipped directly to you, You’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to You.

If the Goods weren’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the Order shipped to themselves to give it to You later, We will send the refund to the gift giver.

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds. 

The following terms are applicable for any service related products that You purchased with Us. 

Alphayaan Digital  ensures 100% customer satisfaction. In case of any duplicate charge due to processing error, failing to fulfill any of your special designing requirements or not able to complete your design order as per the delivery policy, your complete design order amount will be refunded.

Our cancellation policy:

Client satisfaction lies at the core of our services and we ensure that in every possible way. At Alphayaan Digital, even our cancellation and refund policy of digital marketing services are very transparent and different for each service we offer.

How is the cancellation procedure?

1. Send us your cancellation request by telephone, email or fax
2. It will be collected at our accounts and billing department
3. You will receive a confirmation reply from us. Until then, the request will remain invalid
4. The email we send in reply will be considered proof of canceling the service

Note: Clients need to place their cancellation request within 12 hours of placing the order. Alphayaan Digital will only accept it when the project has not been started yet.

Our refund policy for digital marketing services:

We are professionals known for keeping things very straight. We promise only for what we can do. Our aim is to offer you the best service.

Coming to our refund policy on search engine optimization and other services, there won’t be any refund for cancellation of orders. Again, there won’t be money back if the project is being worked manually.

Let us inform you that search engine algorithms for page rank and robots keep updating from time to time. No professional marketing company has any control over those changes. So, we cannot guarantee our clients of any specific result and their refund claims regarding the same.

But, Alphayaan Digital certainly assures you to keep your websites and other pages optimized as per the latest algorithms through updated techniques. We are aware of the search engine optimization tricks and hence, will offer you noticeable performance of your brand online.

We engage your consumers across the globe for more profitability and efficiency, through digital transformation of your business. 

Your refund would be processed as per the chart below:

All refund requests will be fulfilled as per the following arrangement:

• If request for refund is made within 48 hours, you would be eligible for 66% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• If request for refund is made between 48- 120 hours, you would be eligible 33% refund (less 10% service & processing fee).
• No refund request will be entertained after 120 hours of your initial design delivery, however since we believe in 100% customer satisfaction you`re encouraged to contact us in case of any concern.
• If customer is failed to provide briefing and requirements of his project within 7 days than amount he has paid is non-refundable.

All refund requests should be communicated to the support department. Alphayaan Digital, based on the violation of your user agreement reserves the right to approve/disapprove your request on an individual case to case basis.

 

How to claim your refund?

To assure your refund request is approved, please make sure you meet the following requirements:

• Claim your refund specifying your concern by contacting us.
• We will try to resolve your concern by virtue of our revision policy immediately or else will email you a refund request approval from our refund department.

After the refund, your design rights or content rights would be obtained by Alphayaan Digital and you would not be able to display any version of the design or content sent by company. Let us also specify that:

• Since the design and content rights would now be transferred to the company, you agree that you will have no right (direct or indirect) to use any response or other content, work product or media, nor will you have any ownership interest in or to the same.

 

• Working in collaboration with the Government Copyright Agencies Alphayaan.com or Alphayaan Digital would share Copyright Acquisition information for the refunded designs and content that would restrict the re-use of the designs and content as original designs in the future.
